Each size is engineered to suit hole diameters from 4.7mm up to 152.4mm, making them suitable for everything from small electrical knockouts to large panel openings. A thin domed head provides a neat finish while the material offers excellent performance in environments ranging from -40°C to 105°C. Blanking plugs are commonly used to seal unused panel holes or to prevent the ingress of dust, dirt and moisture.

Knock out seals, also made from Nylon 6/6, offer a temporary blanking solution for access holes or electrical knockout points. These are designed to be removed easily when future access is required. They are available in two flammability ratings: UL94V-2 (silver finish) and UL94V-0 (black finish) allowing customers to meet specific fire safety requirements. Each seal is carefully manufactured to match common industry-standard hole diameters and is suitable for use in both commercial and industrial environments.
