Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our products will be sent to our customers by a carrier service chosen by Vital Parts Limited. Vital Parts Limited shall deliver products to the carrier directly or products will be collected from our premises by the carrier. Thereafter delivery of our products will be subject to the carrier's terms and conditions which are available to our business customers upon request. Vital Parts Limited shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the relevant carrier unless otherwise agreed with the customer.


Customers can collect purchased products directly from our premises or can nominate a third party to collect said items directly from us. In the case of a third-party collection the customer must notify Vital Parts Limited in writing. Receipt of products will need to be signed for by the collecting party.


Delivery times are based on the assumption that all items ordered are in stock. If items are not being held in stock Vital Parts Limited will undertake to advise the customer directly at point of sale or as soon as is practicably possible.


Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the date we specify we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed or late delivery. If Vital Parts, for whatever reason, is unable to meet the estimated delivery date they will contact the customer with a revised estimated delivery date.


If, upon delivery of products to our customer, the customer discovers that he has incorrectly ordered those products, Vital Part's standard handling charge will be payable by the customer if Vital Parts Limited agree (at its sole discretion) to accept return of those products (at the customer's risk).
