Screw Mounted Cable Ties

Screw Mounted Cable Ties allows the user to position and fix cables directly to walls and surfaces (especially helpful for vertical surfaces). This can be particularly useful in a range of different industries and applications. Whereas the primary function of standard cable ties is to help with general cable management, screw mounted cable ties provide additional functionality on vertical surfaces meaning that cables can be positioned neatly at any point on a wall – either horizontally or vertically. Our Screw Mounted Cable Ties have an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. They are also RoHS and REACH compliant and are halogen free. The screw mount allows this cable ties to be secured to a wall or panel using a single screw. Our Screw Mounted Cable Ties are available in widths from 2.5mm to 7.6mm and lengths from 110mm to 380mm. Our Screw Mounted Cable Ties are made from UL approved Nylon 66 94V-2.

To use the screw mounted cable ties, mark on the wall (or surface) where the cable(s) should be positioned. Drill holes in the wall / surface at regular intervals and fix the mounting hole of the cable tie on the drilled holes. Attach the cable tie to the surface using a screw. Guide the cable(s) along the various cable ties that you have attached to the wall or surface. Lock the cable ties in the same way as regular cable ties - guiding the end of the cable tie, in a loop, through the head of the cable tie. Finally, pull to cable tie end, so that the cable tie fits tightly around the cable(s).
