Product Description

This thin head square tube insert is sized to fit a 26-28mm tube size. It has an outside diameter of 30mm x 30mm and a wall thickness of 1-2mm. It is available in Black coloured LDPE.

The square thin head inserts are made of durable, low density LDPE plastic and come with a ribbed shank for a tight fitting. They are designed for use with tubes, pipes, and box sections, providing a discrete solution for sealing and capping off a tube or pipe with their thin head that prevents protrusion. They are available in sizes between 12mm and 40mm and can be customized as needed.

They are also known as hidden head inserts for tubes and commonly used as an end cap to prevent access to a bolt or screw head and as a sleek finishing insert to cap off the end of a box section.
