Meet the Vital Parts Technical Team
Our Ethos
Vital Parts was founded 10 years ago by our Managing Director, Mike Holt, who started the business with two key ingredients; a fantastic business idea and the determination to make it a success!
The determination and drive to provide our customers with the best service possible remains our priority. Our tagline 'We Mould Around You' is at the core of everything we do as a business. We have gotten to know our loyal customers through extensive communication and we feel that it is only fair that you get to know us too!
Our Core Values
Our Technical Team is made up of three key sub-teams who work collectively to problem solve, build customer relationships, showcase new products, assist customers with technical data and perfect custom projects to exact specifications.

Where are the Technical Team based?
The Vital Parts Technical Department is located in our Ringwood Office on the outskirts of the New Forest. We are all very appreciative of the area that we live and work in, despite the occasional traffic jam created by herds of New Forest Ponies and Cattle!
Although we are based approximately 127 miles away from our head office in Maidstone, we are in constant communication with our long distance colleagues; working together to make it work for our customers.

I am the General Manager here at Vital Parts. What I enjoy most about Vital Parts is the variety of projects we get involved with. It's wide ranging between many different industries, technical hurdles, product types, materials, and customer delivery requirements mean no two days are ever the same.
Our extremely passionate, dynamic, and driven team makes every conversation exciting and always in the best interests of, colleagues, customers, and partners alike.

I’m the Technical and New Product Specialist at Vital Parts. My journey began in 2022 as an apprentice in Mechanical Design. With a solid background in production and engineering, I handle numerous custom manufacturing inquiries and oversee new product listings and technical information improvements on our website. I thrive on the diverse challenges of my role and am passionate about driving innovation through new projects.

I have worked within Business Development for 2 years, having previously worked within sales roles after completing my Business Management degree. I mainly work towards building and maintaining relationships with our account holders. My favourite aspect of the job is being an external team member to companies that reach out to us.

I have been at Vital Parts since January 2021. I look after quality assurance, material sourcing, compliance and bespoke customer requirement.
I have 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer primarily supplying into automotive and HVAC.
My role is to ensure that both our own standards and specifications are met, along with reviewing any customer specific requests.

I am a Key Account Manager, I am here to support the every need of a group of Key Customers. I have been working with Vital Parts for almost 3.5 years and I have worked within the Components industry for over 20 years. The best thing about my job is supporting our customers, and growing with them.

I have been a Key Account Manager at VP for 3 years. My role involves looking after our key customer accounts, price support and the management of stock levels; ensuring that excellent customer service is provided throughout. I was previously an account manager and have 10 years of experience within the industry!

I have been working as a Technical Administrator at Vital Parts for just over a year. In this role, I am responsible for supplying quotations for customer-specific requests and providing technical support to both my colleagues and our customers. One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to continuously learn about new products and industries.

I'm a Website Product Assistant and the newest member of the VP Technical Team. My role predominantly involves the upload and update of products, creating blog posts and providing product insight to my colleagues. I previously worked for a charity generating online sales and I have a keen interest for sustainability within the industry!
