We know that online shopping can sometimes feel like a gamble. We've extended our return window to show the confidence that we have in the quality of our products.

If you do need to make a return, the process hasn't changed.
How to make a return

Go to our returns page to start a return.

Complete the returns form by entering your order number and postcode.

Print the returns confirmation sheet and pack that in with the items you are returning.

Remember to pack your items securely in a suitable container.
