Celebrating Progress: Vital Parts Achieves 18th Place in Mega Growth 50 Awards
The Mega Growth 50 is a list of privately-owned businesses in Kent and Medway who have a minimum turnover of £1million. This award has been established for 21 years, with the list of businesses being updated and revealed on a yearly basis.
The Kent Invicta Chamber Of Commerce are the granting body for this award; overseeing a vast amount of businesses within the community, in partnership with Kreston Reeves and Brachers. The Chamber of Commerce is a network of businesses who are committed to supporting UK businesses and improving the economy.
We were priviledged to be shortlisted for the Mega Growth 50 for the second year running; having achieved 12th place in 2024. We are thrilled to announce that we achieved 18th position out of 50 established and successful businesses this year! This is a truly monumentous award for Vital Parts; to be recognised by our community for our growth as a company, but also for the impact that we are making locally.
Vital Parts was founded 11 years ago by our Managing Director, Mike Holt, who could only have dreamed at the time of what the company would manifest into. Mike appraises the businesses success to "Our focus on customer-centric design and rapid prototyping allowing us to turn complex ideas into tangible products quickly and affordably."
We have seen turnover growth of 86.4% thanks to our customer-focused approach, 24 hour rapid prototyping, next day delivery, affordable product tooling and free samples. We have seen our Vital Parts family grow this year with the employment of highly skilled individuals across the company; from sales and purchasing to marketing and data analysis. We also have plans to create 12 new job opportunities this year which we hope will benefit our local community.
Vital Parts have contributed to a variety of high-profile projects; from Formula 1 Teams, Universities, Schools, Charities, Medical Centres, Powder Coating, Lighting Manufacturers, Metal Fabricators and Furniture Manufacturers.
We offer a diverse range of services from Injection Moulding to 3D printing and CAD design; ensuring that we can provide our loyal customers with the service they require.
We have produced over 8.2 million Custom Parts due to the expertise of our workforce; our Sales Team for taking the time to understand the customer request, our Technical Team for producing a product which meets that request, our Purchasing Team for facilitating the products and of course our Warehouse Team for distributing the parts!
