Thin Head Square Inserts
All of our Square Thin Head Inserts have been specifically designed for use with a range of tubes, pipes, and box sections. They are made from a strong yet durable low density LDPE Plastic, which helps to promote longevity. Every one of our Inserts comes with a ribbed shank as standard to ensure a tight fitting and to prevent movement once in place.
Also known as Hidden Head Inserts For Tubes, these are unique in the sense that they provide a discrete solution for the sealing and capping off of a tube/pipe due to the thin head which prevents it from protruding out of the application.
We stock these square Inserts in a large variety of sizes between 12mm & 40mm. However, we are always able to offer custom sizing or variants wherever required. To ensure you get the best fitment, we recommend matching your internal diameter with our 'To Fit Tube' size range listed below, or you can also test fitment for larger projects by requesting a free sample.
