Pipe Clamps

Our Pipe Clamps also known as Unistrut Pipe Clamps are engineered for heavy duty applications where strength safety and long term performance are critical. The reinforced steel structure allows each clamp to be dual fastened using a fixing point on either side which evenly distributes load and prevents unwanted movement once installed. This dual fastening design significantly reduces the risk of pipe slippage helping to protect pipework fittings surrounding infrastructure and personnel working nearby.

These Pipe Clamps are widely used to secure suspended pipework across HVAC plumbing heating and electrical installations. They are suitable for supporting pipes in both horizontal and vertical orientations and are commonly specified in commercial buildings industrial facilities plant rooms service corridors and residential developments. Their robust construction ensures pipes remain aligned and securely supported even in environments subject to vibration thermal expansion or regular system operation.

We currently stock our Pipe Clamps in two styles EPDM lined and plain. Both variants are available in a comprehensive clamping diameter range from 12mm up to 606mm making them suitable for small domestic pipework as well as large scale industrial pipe systems. The EPDM lined version includes an integrated rubber lining which helps dampen vibration reduce noise transmission prevent metal to metal contact and protect the surface of the pipe from abrasion. This also increases grip making EPDM lined clamps ideal for systems carrying fluids gases or media that may generate movement within the pipe.

The plain version offers a strong cost effective solution where vibration damping is not required and is commonly used for rigid pipe installations where maximum load bearing strength is the primary requirement. Both styles are designed to be quick and straightforward to install allowing efficient fixing during initial installation or retrofit projects.

Our Pipe Clamps are manufactured from high quality zinc plated steel which delivers excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The zinc plated finish provides reliable protection against rust and environmental exposure allowing the clamps to be used confidently in indoor and outdoor installations. These clamps are capable of operating across a wide temperature range from -40°C up to 400°C making them suitable for use in cold storage facilities boiler rooms industrial plants and exposed service areas.

Thanks to their durability versatility and wide size availability our Pipe Clamps provide a dependable and professional solution for securely mounting pipework while meeting safety standards and performance requirements across a wide range of industries. They are a trusted choice for installers contractors and maintenance teams who require consistent quality and long term reliability.
