Threaded Spring Inserts
Our Spring Threaded Inserts & Steel Tube Connectors are manufactured to meet strict requirements and performance levels, produced from a durable Spring Steel. These inserts are recommended to prevent the need for advanced and/or expensive drilling methods, including flow-drilling, where a thread or object is added to a tube.
Suited towards metal tubes or box sections, these Spring Inserts are able to cope with a large amount of weight and tension. The 'spring' type ribs expand even further as the weight is increased. Installed by hand using a mallet or hammer, these require a firm hit for a long term fitting. These products offer ideal properties for a heavy duty piece of equipment or machinery. We also offer Steel Tube Connectors, which are suggested for the connection of two round tubes, joined by a male thread or component.
Each of these Spring Threaded Inserts is available in a number of thread sizes and diameters as displayed above. This includes options suited towards Round & Square type tubes. These Spring versions are recommended over plastic options for use with metal tubes or box sections.
