Push Mount Cable Ties

Push mount cable ties, also known as push-in cable ties, panel-fit cable ties, arrow-head cable ties or mountable cable ties, are one-piece nylon fasteners designed to secure a bundle of wires, hoses, or cables and slot directly into a pre-drilled hole on panels or chassis. They're widely used across the automotive, electrical, industrial and manufacturing sectors by both professionals and consumers. Available in winged and standard types, these push in ties come in a variety of sizes such as 4.8 mm x 203 mm, and are offered in natural or black, halogen-free nylon (UL94V-2 rated). For broader requirements, we also supply standard plastic cable ties.

Key Product Features and Benefits

  • One-step mounting and bundling: the push-in head slots directly into a hole and locks in place, no separate fixings required.
  • Maintains constant tension and a secure fit, even in high-vibration environments.
  • Winged push mount cable ties provide extra stability, preventing rotation after installation.
  • Manufactured from tough nylon 6/6: halogen-free, UL94V-2 flame rated and suitable for use from -40°C to +85°C.
  • UV-resistant black variants available for external and automotive applications.

Common Use Cases

  • Securing wiring looms to vehicle chassis and panels, especially in automotive or commercial vehicles.
  • Organising cables in electrical control panels or industrial enclosures.
  • Mounting and routing cables inside appliances or consumer electronics.
  • Managing cabling in data cabinets or IT equipment installations.
