Job Description

As a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice at Vital Parts, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns. Under the supervision and guidance of experienced marketing professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels and techniques. This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, graphics, and other assets.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, suggesting optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
Social Media Management
  • Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and responding to user interactions.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Marketing
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of SEO-friendly content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Email Marketing
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Learn and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Assist in gathering data from various marketing platforms and tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to the marketing team.
Market Research
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in using common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Apprenticeship Training

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Qualification through Learning Curve Group. You will be taught through:

  • 4-6 weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your tutor
  • 6 weekly hours of off-the-job training
  • 15-month programme

Software Developer Apprentice

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Role

As a Software Developer Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions across a range of projects. You’ll work closely with experienced developers, gaining practical skills in writing clean, efficient code and understanding the software development lifecycle.

This role is perfect for someone with a natural interest in coding, an eagerness to learn, and a logical mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software applications
  • Work on real-time projects using modern programming languages and tools
  • Contribute to bug fixes, updates, and feature enhancements
  • Participate in code reviews and testing activities

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
  • A genuine passion for software development and technology
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Desirable:
  • Some personal or college coding projects
  • Experience using Git or version control tools
  • Familiarity with databases, APIs, or web technologies
  • A Level 3 qualification in a related subject (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Digital)
Training & Qualification

You will work toward a Level 4 Software Developer Apprenticeship delivered via a recognised training provider. The programme includes:

  • On-the-job learning with experienced developers
  • Regular progress reviews and support
  • Industry-recognised qualification upon completion
  • Potential for progression into a full-time developer role

Purchasing Business Administration Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Procurement/Purchasing Apprentice to join our growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and purchasing, working closely with experienced professionals in the field in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
  • Help maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of reports on purchase order data, stock levels, margins, and other metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Organise inbound freight with domestic and international suppliers and keep correct paper trail.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your procurement skills and knowledge.
Requirements
