All business accounts are assigned an account manager who will actively work with you and your company to cut costs and ensure you are always well looked after, maintaining regular contact throughout your time with us.

We offer free samples to all business customers who are looking to test a product's performance or fitting before making a purchase. When on account we give priority to these requests, aiming to turn them around in a shorter time-frame than expected from standard. If you need samples urgently, then please speak to your account manager who will ensure their delivery.
Bulk order discounts may be given to business account customers according to their account manager, with competitive prices always quoted where possible. Please note that in some instances, we may be able to match existing quotes that you have, when available from stock. Quote requests can be made directly from our website, or over the phone.
We have the ability to offer buffer stock levels for customers wherever required, although you may be asked for a commitment beforehand (dependant on quantity) to prevent issue. Buffer stocks are made to ensure a part is always kept in stock when it is required, meaning a shorter delivery time-frame and quicker turn around of goods.
From standard all of our business account customers are offered payment terms of 30 days from month end, unless otherwise arranged during the sign up of your account. This is subject to approval and can be denied at any time, with payment on a pro forma basis available if necessary.
When placing an order through our website as a business account customer, you can always choose to pay via purchase order or BACS (Bank transfer). This offers a quick and easy method of payment which can be ideal for members of staff who are not directly familiar with our products, services, or account managers.
As previously mentioned, each business customer is assigned an account manager for ease of ordering. Our account managers work to provide knowledge and support for enquiries around our products, and can also suggest custom moulding where needed for the creation of custom parts.
We offer returns with all of our products, subject to our Return Policy. Returns can be initiated with your account manager or directly through our website by filling out our Returns Form. We have the ability to offer both refunds or exchanges where possible, so please be sure to mention throughout.
