Anyone can qualify, however to redeem your points you will need to sign up either at checkout, or by registering here. After filling out the form you will receive an email confirmation, then will be able to log in to your account.

Points can be used at checkout just before choosing the type of payment for your order. Your balance will also be displayed to give you an idea of the amount usable on that order, there is no limit of usable points to an order. Click here to view our visual guide.

All reward points are released to your account once the order has been dispatched, however if goods are exchanged or refunded then we reserve the right to remove these points from your balance.

You can check the balance of your reward points by logging in to your account, where the balance will be displayed. Please note as we upgrade our functionality this feature may not be available, so feel free to get in touch to request your point balance in the meantime.

Unfortunately points are reserved for account holders only, as a way to keep track of the orders you are placing. If you are a repeat customer but do not yet have an account, then we are offering to allocate points for the past month's worth of purchases, so feel free to get in touch if you meet this criteria.
