Strain Relief Bushings For Non Round Holes

Our Strain Relief Bushings for non round holes are part of the Lockit range from Heyco, which are designed to lock your cable firmly in position and snap fit into your panel hole. Unlike the 'standard' counterparts that we also offer, these bushings can be installed independent to the panel hole, allowing for pre-assembly prior to a final installation. Manufactured from a UL94V-2 rated Nylon 6/6 these are capable of resisting temperatures between -18°C to 105°C and are available for both flat and round cable types. Each size is designed for installation into either square or rectangular panel holes, which prevents any rotation issues after fitment.

We stock Strain Relief Bushings for non round holes to fit both flat and round cable types, to fit panel thicknesses between 0.8mm to 4mm. To request a free sample or view all available sizes of these products please refer to the table below, where all measurements are displayed.
