Our Conductive Castor Wheels are a specialist caster designed to prevent the build up of static charges. Anti static castors are frequently purchased by our customers in industrial and manufacturing environments to prevent the build up of static electricity on trolleys or other moving objects. This is vital when they are travelling through areas with sensitive equipment or flammable materials present, or when transporting delicate components like circuit boards.
This range of anti static wheels has a body constructed of a high quality Polyamde and a soft Polyurethane tyre. They are also available in braked and unbraked versions, as required. The conductive casters come with 3 options for mounting, via a metal stem, a threaded metal stem or a metal fixing plate.
This particular anti static caster has a 50mm Wheel Diameter and the Diameter of the fixing stem or plate is M8 x 15mm. The distance from the floor to the bottom of the fixing stem or plate is 52.5mm. It is available in a Grey coloured Polyamide. If the product uses a fixing plate, the Distance from screw hole to screw hole will be N/A and it will use a N/A Screw Size.
