Nitrile Full Face Gaskets

Commonly used inside the oil and gas industry thanks to resistance against factors such as grease, oil, petroleum, and solvents, these Nitrile Gaskets are frequently employed as a go-to product for many general sealing and protection uses.

Our Nitrile Full Face Gaskets are manufactured using a synthetic Nitrile Rubber, a material which provides a host of ideal resistance properties against a range of industrial and commercial factors.

Nitrile is often used over EPDM as a Rubber Gasket solution for its higher level of hardness as well as its resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons.

Please note that all of our gaskets are CNC / cut to order so can be made to any requirements.

• Minimum Continuous Working Temperature -20°c
• Maximum Continuous Working Temperature 100°c
• Temperature range -20°c to +110°c
• Indentation Hardness: IRHD - 60° Shore hardness
• Compression Set: Good
