Constant torque positioning hinges are used to hold doors or lids in position at any desired angle, fully open, fully closed, or anywhere in-between. They provide a constant torque throughout their motion, allowing the user to access the enclosure or cabinet while the door or lid is held in a convenient position. The hinge is mounted using two thru-hole mounts, and has high strength and durability, with a hinge torque of 0.4Nm.
This black Constant Torque Position Control Hinge has a height of 38mm and a width of 40mm. The 4.5mm mounting holes are spaced out by a height of 18mm and a width of 28mm. The hinge has an open thickness of 10mm and a plate thickness of 3mm. It is constructed from die-cast aluminum with a pin made from 304 Stainless Steel.
