These adjustable torque positioning hinges allow for the adjustment of frictional torque to hold doors and lids open at any position. Made of acetal polymer, with a polycarbonate pin and a zinc plated steel screw, these hinges offer thru-hole mounting for easy assembly.
This Black plastic hinge has a height of 65mm and a width of 56mm. The 6.8mm mounting holes are spaced out by a height of 48mm and a width of 36mm. It has a 19mm Open Thickness.
Once adjusted, the torque remains constant throughout the hinging motion, making them suitable for cabinets, enclosures, doors and display screens. They are also known as Torque Hinges, Friction hinges and Adjustable Torque Positioning Control Hinge.
