Specified in pump installations, the 30mm x 15mm rubber bobbin buffer is used where a bonded rubber mount can protect connected parts from operational shock.
This makes it suitable as a rubber machinery foot, equipment isolator or anti vibration bobbin in compact builds. The male to female design helps reduce overall projection compared with two exposed studs while still giving a secure threaded fixing on both sides of the rubber bobbin. The bonded construction helps resist separation under normal compression and shear loading.
