Suitable for quick panel assembly, this natural fir tree fastener is designed for signage frame assembly with a 6mm hole diameter and 18.0mm length, with a 12.9mm head diameter. The ribbed profile helps the plug bite into the hole as it is pressed into position.
The barbed fir tree profile the low profile domed head helps cover the hole neatly while spreading pressure across the visible face, while the domed head helps cover the drilled hole on the front face. It is best used where a permanent or difficult-to-remove fixing is preferred over a loose push cap.
