Our Flange Stud Hole Inserts are designed to fully cover and protect flange faces. They offer a similar solution to our full face flange protectors; however, this product feautures four ribs that push into the stud holes around a flange, rather than fitting into the flange bore itself.

They are manufactured from high quality LDPE plastic, which, when covering a flange face, will add resistance to moisture, dirt, paint, and most oils. Our customers often use the flange caps to protect flanges during production, transportation, storage, or maintenance.

They are popular with our customers in the oil and gas refining industries, as well as industries that utilise hydraulics, as they offer an easy, quick to fit, and cost effective solution for minimising damage to costly flange equipment.

This bolt hole flange protector has been sized to fit a Flange with a 8" Nominal Diameter and a 900 Class Pressure Rating. It is available in Black LDPE.
