Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges provide a 90° adjustment on the base plate leaf, allowing for inaccuracies in door assembly or better accommodation for gaskets. Multiple hinges can be installed for easy door removal, while opposing orientation eliminates lift-off ability. These hinges can withstand radial loads of 510N and axial loads of 1480N.
This black Metal Adjustable Inline Lift-off Hinge has a height of 96mm and width of 15mm. The mounting holes are threaded M5 and spaced out by a vertical distance of 40mm when assembled. The hinge has a 17.5mm Thickness.
They are commonly used for mounting doors, panels, and safety guards in IT, HVAC, telecoms, and manufacturing machinery. The Die Cast Zinc hinge comes with cover caps for fixing concealment.
The Radial Load for this Hinge is 510N and the Axial load is 1480N.
