Metal Countersunk Hinges have a strong and compact design suitable for various hinge applications. The hinge holes are countersunk to maintain flush fixing to the hinge.
This black Metal Countersunk Hinge has a height of 50mm and an open width of 50mm. The 6.4mm mounting holes are spaced out by a height of 30mm and a width of 30mm. It has a 6mm Panel Thickness and a 12mm Open Thickness.
These countersunk hinges are made from Die Cast Zinc with a 316 Stainless Steel Pin and are used for doors and gates for enclosures and machines, particularly with 25mm and 30mm Aluminum profile extrusions.
The Radial Load of this Hinge is 1300N and the Axial Load is 2200N.
