19.0mm Round Tube Insert - 0.8-2.0mm Wall - White LDPE
This 19.0mm outside diameter white LDPE round tube end cap - designed for chair legs, table frames, clothing rails and light commercial shelving. At 19.0mm outside diameter with a 0.8-2.0mm wall thickness range, this is a medium-short-depth insert covering ultra-thin to standard gauge tube. Fits round tube with an inner bore of 15.0-17.4mm. The 5.0mm head height creates a neat collar at the tube end for a clean finished appearance.
The ribbed shank pushes firmly into the bore of the round tube and locks in place without tools or adhesive - sealing the open end against dust, debris and moisture ingress while giving the product a clean finished appearance. White is specified for domestic furniture, healthcare and clinical environments, kitchen products and any application where the overall colour scheme is light - a black insert would look out of place on a white powder-coated tube frame. Made from LDPE (low-density polyethylene) - flexible enough to compress slightly on insertion for a snug, rattle-free fit, corrosion resistant and safe in food-contact adjacent environments.
