28.6mm Round Tube Insert - 1.0-3.0mm Wall - Black LDPE
This 28.6mm outside diameter black LDPE round tube insert - also known as a round tube end cap, round tube plug or round tube bung - designed for table legs, bed frames, display stands and light commercial furniture. At 28.6mm outside diameter with a 1.0-3.0mm wall thickness range, this is a medium-short-depth insert covering light to medium gauge tube. Fits round tube with an inner bore of 22.6-26.6mm. The 5.0mm head height creates a neat collar at the tube end for a clean finished appearance.
The ribbed shank pushes firmly into the bore of the round tube and locks in place without tools or adhesive - sealing the open end against dust, debris and moisture ingress while giving the product a clean finished appearance. Black provides a clear visual contrast against most tube and frame finishes, making it easy to confirm all inserts are correctly seated before the product leaves the factory. Made from LDPE (low-density polyethylene) - flexible enough to compress slightly on insertion for a snug, rattle-free fit, corrosion resistant and safe in food-contact adjacent environments.
