18.0mm Thin Head Round Tube Insert - 0.8-2.0mm Wall - White LDPE
This 18.0mm outside diameter white LDPE thin head round tube insert with a low 3.0mm head height is designed for furniture round tube applications where a standard collar height would be too prominent. Suited to chair legs, table frames, clothing rails and light commercial shelving. Fits round tube with a 0.8-2.0mm wall thickness, covering ultra-thin to standard gauge profiles, with an inner bore range of 14.0-16.4mm.
The ribbed shank pushes into the tube bore and grips securely without tools or adhesive - sealing the tube end against dust and debris while the low-profile head sits discreetly at the tube opening. White is specified for domestic furniture, healthcare and clinical environments, kitchen products and any application where the overall colour scheme is light - a black insert would look out of place on a white powder-coated tube frame. Made from flexible LDPE - corrosion resistant, easy to install by hand and suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use.
