This 57.2mm outside diameter grey LDPE thin head round tube insert with a low 3.0mm head height is designed for structural furniture round tube applications where a standard collar height would be too prominent. Suited to heavy table bases, structural outdoor furniture, handrails and light structural CHS tube. Fits round tube with a 1.0-3.0mm wall thickness, covering light to medium gauge profiles, with an inner bore range of 51.2-55.2mm.
The ribbed shank pushes into the tube bore and grips securely without tools or adhesive - sealing the tube end against dust and debris while the low-profile head sits discreetly at the tube opening. Grey is the preferred colour for office furniture systems, commercial shelving and contemporary workspace products where white is too clinical and black too industrial - it matches silver, graphite and light grey powder-coated tube frames naturally.
