35.0mm Thin Head Round Tube Insert - 1.0-3.0mm Wall - Black LDPE
Where most thin head round inserts still carry a small collar, the RO203 goes further - a completely flush-profile 35.0mm black LDPE insert with no head height and no protruding insert body beyond the tube mouth. It fits a 35.0mm round tube with a 29.0 to 33.0mm inner bore and a 1.0 to 3.0mm wall thickness, making the tube end appear simply closed with no visible component at all.
The ribbed shank grips the inner wall of the tube bore without tools, adhesive or any projecting element - ideal for architectural furniture, premium display systems and commercial interior products where the design specification calls for a completely invisible tube end. Black LDPE is flexible, corrosion resistant and safe in food-contact adjacent environments.
