152.4mm Round Tube Insert - 3.2-7.5mm Wall - White LDPE
This 152.4mm outside diameter white LDPE round tube end cap - designed for major structural CHS tube and large-diameter civil engineering pipe sections - the metric equivalent of six-inch (6") nominal. At 152.4mm outside diameter with a 3.2-7.5mm wall thickness range, this is a deep-depth insert covering heavy structural gauge tube. Fits round tube with an inner bore of 137.4-146.0mm. The 6.0mm head height creates a neat collar at the tube end for a clean finished appearance.
The ribbed shank pushes firmly into the bore of the round tube and locks in place without tools or adhesive - sealing the open end against dust, debris and moisture ingress while giving the product a clean finished appearance. White is specified for domestic furniture, healthcare and clinical environments, kitchen products and any application where the overall colour scheme is light - a black insert would look out of place on a white powder-coated tube frame. Made from LDPE (low-density polyethylene) - flexible enough to compress slightly on insertion for a snug, rattle-free fit, corrosion resistant and safe in food-contact adjacent environments.
