Manufactured for sheet metal fabrication, this 1/8" washer masking cap uses a flexible silicone body and 12.7mm flange to cover raised threaded points while leaving a controlled circular mask around the fixing.
Its flexible body helps grip the component without metal tooling, while the flange gives a wider bearing surface for masking around the fixing rather than only covering the thread.
