M5 x 5mm Slotted Grub Screw Cup Point A2 Stainless Steel DIN 438
The M5 x 5mm slotted cup point set screw is a short-engagement option - one full thread diameter - for applications where bore depth restricts how deep the set screw can go. Used in thin-walled shaft collars, compact coupling hubs and assemblies where an M5 thread is needed but there is simply not room for a longer grub screw. The cup point holds cleanly without over-biting and the headless design sits flush in the threaded hole. Drive with a flat-head screwdriver. A2 stainless steel (304 / 18-8) in standard indoor engineering use. DIN 438 / ISO 7436 compliant.
