The M10 x 25mm slotted set screw is two and a half thread diameters - a long-engagement heavy-duty grub screw for demanding M10 applications where two diameters of engagement is not sufficient. Specified for high-shock load machinery, structural shaft retention in heavy plant and assemblies where pull-out resistance under dynamic load is a primary design constraint. Drive with a flat-head screwdriver. A2 stainless steel (304 / 18-8) resists corrosion in industrial and lightly offshore environments. DIN 438 / ISO 7436 compliant.
