The SQ051-500 is a 40mm x 40mm black LDPE square tube insert designed for heavy-walled tube in the 3.0 to 5.0mm wall thickness range. At 40mm, heavy-walled box section is common in structural steel work, security barriers, heavy gate fabrication and civil engineering products where thin-walled tube would not carry the load. This insert fits where the standard SQ051 would be too loose. Same 5mm head height and 14.5mm insert length. LDPE ribbed push-fit.
