These alloy masking discs are designed for precise hub masking on many VAG Group and BMW wheel refurbishment applications. Manufactured from high-temperature treated crepe paper with a pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive, the 155mm pre-cut disc covers the rear wheel hub before blasting, coating or baking and helps prevent unwanted finish build-up on the hub contact area. This diameter is commonly suited to many VAG Group and BMW wheel applications.
What Are Alloy Wheel Masking Discs?
High Temperature Alloy Masking Discs combine treated crepe paper with a pressure-sensitive adhesive so the wheel hub can be covered quickly before finishing. They are intended to improve masking consistency and reduce the labour involved in building a circular mask by hand.
