Our Alloy Wheel Masking Discs are designed for use in high-temperature alloy wheel refurbishment processes such as coating, blasting and baking. Commonly used in alloy wheel powder coating and alloy wheel paint applications, they help maintain a clean finish while reducing rework. Manufactured from heat-treated crepe paper tape and paired with a pressurised acrylic rubber adhesive, these discs provide excellent resistance to temperatures up to 215°C (165°C continuous), making them highly effective for prolonged industrial use.

Alloy Wheel Masking Discs are pre-cut adhesive paper discs used to protect the rear hub area of alloy wheels during coating and finishing. They are designed to reduce overspray, eliminate safety concerns such as wheel wobble and improve process efficiency.
