Guide to Green Polyester Tape
A reliable masking solution for powder coating, painting and other high temperature finishing processes.
High Temperature Tape Built for Masking
Green Polyester Tape is widely used for masking surfaces and components during powder coating, painting and other industrial finishing processes.
The polyester backing provides a clean and practical masking surface while the silicone adhesive helps the tape remain securely positioned during high temperature processing.
We stock 80 tape sizes across 40 different widths, giving manufacturers and finishers a broad choice of standard sizes ready for their masking requirements.
Your Green Tape, When You Need It
Choose Between 25 Micron and 80 Micron Tape
Our Green Polyester Tape range is available in two thickness options, giving you greater flexibility when selecting tape for your masking process.
25 Micron
A thinner polyester tape option available for applications requiring a lighter masking film.
80 Micron
A heavier polyester option for applications requiring a thicker, more robust masking tape.
Where Is Green Polyester Tape Used?
Green masking tape can be applied to components, edges, holes and surrounding surfaces that need to remain protected during industrial finishing.
Alloy Wheel Masking
Mask selected areas of alloy wheels during coating and refinishing processes.
Powder Coating
Create defined masked areas before powder is applied and components enter the curing process.
Component Protection
Protect edges and selected surfaces that need to remain free from coatings or finishing materials.
Industrial Finishing
Suitable for repeated production environments where components require consistent masking before finishing.
Precision Edge Masking
Apply tape along defined edges and surfaces where a controlled masking line is required.
Wide Range of Sizes
Select narrower tape for detailed masking or wider tape where a larger surface needs to be protected.
