Shakeproof Washers

Internal serrated washers feature teeth on the inner edge to grip the fastener head, providing strong resistance to loosening while maintaining a neat finish in tighter assembly spaces.

Serrated shakeproof washers use teeth to bite into the mating surface and fastener head, helping to resist loosening caused by vibration. External types offer a larger contact area and stronger grip.

Curved spring washers are designed to apply a light, flexible spring force within an assembly. They help absorb shock, reduce noise and maintain tension where slight movement or settling may occur.

Wave washers provide a spring-like load in compact spaces, making them useful for controlling end play, absorbing variation and maintaining pressure in lighter duty fastening and bearing applications.

Conical seat washers are shaped to improve seating and load distribution under angled or uneven fastening conditions. They are often used to support secure installation where standard flat washers are less suitable.

Spherical washers are used alongside matching seats to compensate for misalignment between surfaces. This helps achieve a more even load and secure fit in assemblies where angles are not perfectly flat.

External tab washers feature one or more tabs that can be bent into position to lock a nut or bolt in place. They are commonly used where a more positive anti-rotation fixing method is required.

Long tab washers provide extended locking tabs that can be folded against a flat edge or fastener face. These are ideal for applications where security and resistance to movement are especially important.
