Braided Cable Sleeving is designed to protect vulnerable cables and wires from abrasion, chemicals and external damage. Its tightly woven polyester construction offers excellent flexibility and durability, making it suitable for both domestic and industrial cable management applications. It is simple to install and does not require any specialist tooling.

What is Braided Cable Sleeving?

Braided Cable Sleeving is a lightweight, expandable mesh sleeve that slides easily over cables or wiring to provide insulation and abrasion resistance. Made from self-extinguishing polyester, it is compliant with RoHS and REACH standards and is halogen free. It expands up to 1.5 times its original diameter, allowing it to accommodate plugs, joints and uneven cable bundles with ease.

Installation Notes:

To install, cut the sleeving to your required length and feed the cable or wire through. Pull the ends gently to constrict the sleeving for a tighter fit, or push the ends inward to expand it. Use cable ties on both ends to secure and prevent movement during use.
