Product Description
This Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge has a height of 82mm and width of 184mm. The 6mm square bores are spaced out by a height of 45mm and a width of 92mm. The maximum Axial load that each Hinge can withstand is 750N / 75kg and the maximum Radial load that each Hinge can withstand is 400N / 40kg.
The recommended tightening torque for each Hinge is 2.5Nm and the approximate shear force per screw is 0.5kN.
This Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge is a durable and strong hinge suitable for large, bulky doors with high resistance to weathering and corrosion. It has countersunk square bore holes and a removable pin feature to easily remove doors, gates or hatches without having to detach the hinge leaf from other components.
This Hinge also has a larger asymmetric leaf to provide a larger surface area for attaching to larger doors and gates. It is available in an electrolytic polished finish and consgtructed from 304 Stainless Steel. They are commonly used for outdoor applications, including doors, gates and hatches on machinery.
