These 11mm high temperature polyester discs provide a convenient peel-and-apply mask for circular areas on components being prepared for coating. The green polyester film has a silicone adhesive backing and comes in rolls of 2500 discs. At 11mm diameter, this pre-cut shape can be positioned directly over the required area.
What Are High Temperature Polyester Masking Discs?
High temperature polyester masking discs are circular die-cut film pieces that adhere to selected surfaces to prevent paint or other coating from reaching the masked area. The silicone adhesive allows each disc to be positioned prior to finishing and removed after processing, subject to the process conditions. Its compact diameter is useful when the area to exclude from the finish is relatively small.
