This 127.0mm outside diameter grey LDPE round tube insert - designed for major structural CHS tube and large-diameter civil engineering pipe sections. At 127.0mm outside diameter with a 2.0-5.0mm wall thickness range, this is a deep-depth insert covering medium to moderately heavy gauge tube. Fits round tube with an inner bore of 117.0-123.0mm. The 6.0mm head height creates a neat collar at the tube end for a clean finished appearance.
The ribbed shank pushes firmly into the bore of the round tube and locks in place without tools or adhesive - sealing the open end against dust, debris and moisture ingress while giving the product a clean finished appearance. Grey is the preferred colour for office furniture systems, commercial shelving and contemporary workspace products where white is too clinical and black too industrial - it matches silver, graphite and light grey powder-coated tube frames naturally.
