The SQ039-500 is a 30mm x 30mm black LDPE square tube insert designed for heavy-walled tube in the 2.5 to 5.0mm wall thickness range. Where SQ039 handles standard-gauge 30mm tube, this variant fits the heavier structural sections used in civil and industrial applications - heavy-duty gate posts, structural steel box sections, barrier systems and heavy outdoor fabrications where a 1.0 to 3.0mm insert would be too loose. The 5mm head height and 11.5mm insert length are consistent with the standard range. LDPE push-fit.
