The SQ203-B is a 35mm x 35mm black LDPE square tube insert for heavy-walled tube in the 3.0 to 5.0mm wall thickness range. Where SQ044 handles standard-gauge 35mm tube, this variant fits structural box section with thicker walls - heavy gate frames, security barriers, structural steel products and outdoor fabrications where the tube wall is considerably heavier than furniture-grade material. The 5mm head height and 14.5mm insert length provide a solid finish. LDPE push-fit.
