Telescopic Thread Protection Nut and Washer Caps DIN 125

Our Telescopic Thread Protection Nut and Washer Caps, which are also known as Washer Caps, Nut Caps or Bolt Caps, are made from high quality LDPE. They are easy to install and aim to protect exposed threads by snapping onto a nut or hex head, whilst fully covering the washer.

Telescopic Thread Protection Nut and Washer Caps are specifically designed for long bolt projections to offer protection to the otherwise exposed threads from dirt, damage, corrosion or injury. The telescopic element allows a single cap to provide protection for a range of lengths, without wasting internal space, making them extremely space efficient.

These caps feature a clamping edge which grips underneath the chamfer on the nut and provides a strong connection. Our telescopic Thread Protection Caps also have internal ribs which deform when inserted onto the nut, which further increase the clamping effect of the caps.

Our Telescopic range is suitable for threads from M4 to M90 and are available in a variety of size ranges. We also stock Standard Protection Nut and Washer Caps which are suitable for applications which require sizes for specific stud protrusions.

Our Telescopic Thread Protection Nut and Washer Caps are stocked in black LDPE as standard, however we can offer custom batches in any RAL colour as required.
