Our Saddle Tube Connectors are produced specifically for use with round tubes, offering a 't joint' connection method for tube assembly and security. Manufactured from a high quality pairing of Nylon 6/6 and Zinc Plated Steel Nut, these are made to a good specification to ensure a long lasting and functional product. Each Saddle Connector comes with expanding ribs and a threaded nut insert from standard to help fit a range of wall thicknesses and tube diameters. This makes them suitable for even the thinnest of tubular/framed applications.
These Connectors are recommended for all kinds of tube assembly uses. However, the tolerance and lubrication of your internal section should be considered to avoid any issues with fitting.
We stock these Saddle Tube Connectors in a number of tube diameters and wall thicknesses to suit your particular use. This includes diameters between 15mm and 32mm, along with double ended connectors available for pairing.
