V Hooks — commonly known as V shaped metal hooks or powder coating hooks — are essential components in industrial finishing processes. Manufactured from either copper-plated steel (for diameters up to 3mm) or mild steel (for diameters 4mm and above), they offer durability and resistance to high temperatures. The V-shaped design provides secure holding, reducing the risk of parts slipping during the coating process. For applications requiring different configurations, we also offer C Hooks and S Hooks, catering to various shapes and sizes of workpieces.
Please note that the load capacity of V Hooks varies depending on wire diameter length and material type. Thicker wire diameters and shorter hook lengths typically offer higher weight ratings while thinner or longer hooks are suited to lighter components.
