Non Asbestos X Gaskets
Our Non-asbestos X Full Face Gaskets of this standard are recommended for use inside supervised joints, as well as with gas installations.
As a higher end product, our non-asbestos range is produced from fibres over rubbers, providing an overall better resistance to many industrial and commercial factors such as oils, natural gases, kerosene, steam, and fuels.
Non Asbestos / Fibre Gaskets are one of our most specialist Gasket solutions that we offer, manufactured from a AF400, an aramid fibre-based material bound together with an NBR binder.
Please note that all of our gaskets are CNC / cut to order so can be made to any requirements.
Non Asbestos Grade X Material Specifications:
- Temperature Under Continous Operation: 350°c
- Temperature Under Continous Operation With Steam: 260°c
- Maximum Temperature: 400°c
- Oils, Gas & Steam Resistance
- Pressure: 12 mpa
