Button Head Cable Ties

Button Head Cable Ties, which are also known as Automotive Cable Ties or Chassis Cable Ties, are ideal for use within specialist industries.They are commonly used to guide cables along the chassis of a vehicle or underneath holes in structures that the button head sits above.

The end of the Button Head Cable Tie is threaded through the desired hole (or gap in the automotive chassis) and then looped around and back into the button head; meaning that wires are organised and visibility and accessibility are improved.

They are stocked in a black UV resistant Nylon 66 material which is able to withstand temperatures of between -40 °C to +85 °C. These Cable Ties are halogen and silicone free; whilst also meeting the UL 94 V-2 flammability class.

How do I fasten Button Head Cable Ties?

Button Head cable ties consist of a round head, which is where the lock of the cable tie is located. The 'longer part' of the cable tie is attached right-angled to the round head of the cable tie. If desired, you can cut the end of the cable tie once in place to neaten the finished application.
