Triple Detent Plastic Hinge

Our Triple Detent Plastic Hinges are lightweight, strong, and durable, engineered from high-impact resistant thermoplastic to securely hold doors, lids, and hatches at fixed positions for hands-free access to cabinets and enclosures. By eliminating the need for gas struts, these hinges save space while providing reliable and consistent positioning.

Each hinge is mounted using four thru-holes, which can be neatly covered with the included protective caps to hide and safeguard the mounting hardware. The key feature of the Triple Detent Plastic Hinge is its ability to hold doors and lids at three predetermined angles—0°, 120°, and 170°—with an optional version available without detents for continuous motion applications.

With a hinge positioning torque of 0.8 Nm and the ability to withstand a radial load of 150 N and an axial load of 150 N, these hinges offer durable and reliable performance in demanding environments.
